You must have an Infinite Flight Pro Subscription.
You must be at least Grade 3.
Have an active IFC account, which must be in good standing.
You must be able to access Discord.
You must be at least 13 years old or above.
You must not be on the IFVARB Blacklist or Watchlist.
During the hiring process, you're required to read our Pilot Handbook.
Activity Check-In
All RwandAir VA official pilots must complete and file at least one valid flight (PiRep) per calendar month to maintain membership. Pilots who fail to meet this requirement will be designated as inactive and receive an official warning notification through IFC.
Upon receiving a warning, the pilot must complete a flight and submit the corresponding PiRep within the specified grace period. Failure to fulfill this requirement or respond to the warning will result in removal from the RWD VA pilot roster.
This policy ensures our VA maintains an engaged and active pilot community while allowing reasonable flexibility for individual circumstances.
During onboarding process you're required to be active until your onboarding is complete.
