Manufacturer: Bombardier Aerospace (Now under De Havilland Canada)

Versatility: Famous for STOL Capabilities, allowing it to operate from small, rugged or unpaved runways where jets cannot land.
Q Factor: Later models (like ours) designed with the Q-Series because they feature an Active Noise and Vibration Suppression system to make the cabin as quiet as a jet

Bombardier CRJ-900

Key Characteristics:

Manifacturer: Bombardier Aerospace (now under Mitsubishi Heavy Industries)
Engine Type: 76 seats (9 Business Class + 67 Economy Class)
Versatility: Designed for long thin routes, meaning it can fly long distances with fewer passengers, making it ideal for RwandAir Virtual's growing network of high frequency African connections. It is also certified for steep approach operations, allowing to land at restricted city center airports.
The CRJ Factor: It features a comfortable cabin in its class with a 2+2 in economy and 2 + 1 business class seating layout. The advanced high bypass turbofan engines contribute to reduced noise levels compared to earlier models, ensuring compliance with regulations and a quieter flight for passengers.

Senior Captain

Flight Experience: 70+ Hours

Can fly evreywhere in any aircraft. There's no flight time or geographic restriction.

Dream Miles LOYALTY PROGRAM

We have a loyalty program inspired by RwandAir's Dream Miles Loyalty Program and we adjusted for our pilots. If you can make certain amount of flights every month, you can use our loyalty program. Each program has it's own perks and requirements.
